Order Processing
All orders are processed and tracking numbers are issued within 1–3 business days. Once your order is handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking information via email.

Tracking

Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, you must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging for review.
